Arrests
08/08/14 Alberto Ayala, age 24, of Newburgh, NY was arrested and charged with ggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and unlawful possession of marijuana.

08/04/14 Police assist COVAC on Pine St.
08/04/14 Police receive a call regarding a loose dog on Academy Ave. Dog described as unaltered male with brown and red coloring and healed wounds transported to Blooming Grove Humane Society.
08/05/14 Police dispatched an injured deer on Mountain Rd.
08/06/14 Police assist Town Police in locating a burglar.
08/06/14 Police take a report of a 2 car accident on Idlewild, one car a parked car, no injuries.
08/07/14 Police issue a ticket to a driver parked at the riverfront without a permit.
08/08/4 Police take a report of vehicle vs deer accident on Bayview Ave. no damage to car.
08/08/14 Police issue a ticket to a driver parked at the riverfront without a permit.
08/08/14 Police issue several traffic tickets and warnings around the village for special assignment Stop DWI.
08/10/14 police issue a ticket to a driver travelling 70mph in a 55 mph speed zone.
