Arrests
06/07/14 Brandon Giampetro, age 20, of Wappinger Falls, NY and an 18 yr old female were arrested for petit larceny of a bicycle from a residence on Idlewild Ave.
The two were later located moments later at RiverFest and taken into custody.
Incidents
06/03/14 Police issue a ticket to a car parked at the riverfront without a permit.
06/03/14 Police respond to Cumberland Farms for a minor 2 car accident, no injuries.
06/03/14 Police respond to a report of a baby raccoon growling in front of a residence. The raccoon was contained and moved closer to the woods.
06/04/14 Police issue tickets and warning during a S.T.E.P. (Selective Traffic Enforcement Program) assignment.
06/04/14 Police take a report of larceny from a residence on Maple Ave. A child’s red toy mustang car was stolen off of the property.
06/06/14 Police receive a noise complaint of a loud a/c compressor unit on Taft Place making excessive noise.
06/06/14 Police respond to the riverfront for a traffic complaint. NFA prom picture taking causing traffic.
