Arrests

04/21/14 Four individuals were arrested and charged with trespassing in the area of Otterkill Rd and the Moodna Viaduct, playing the game chicken with passing trains.

An 18 yr old male of New Windsor, NY
Christopher M Spreer, age 20, of New Windsor, NY
Thomas G Wilbur, age 19, of New Windsor, NY
Matthew S Woods, age 19, of New Windsor, NY
04/22/14 Michelle A King, age 44, of Newburgh, NY was arrested and charged with criminal impersonation and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
04/23/14 Courtney S. Moore, age 33, of Newburgh, NY was arrested on abench warrant.
04/24/14 Bryan J Hadler, age 29, of Babylon, NY was arrested and charged with a suspended license, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, no/expired insurance, speeding and unlicensed driver.
04/26/14 An 18 yr old male from Cornwall-on-Hudson, NY was arrested on a bench warrant.

Incidents
04/21/14 A caller reported over 2 ft of water in a basement due to a broken pipe and was advised.
04/24/14 Police assist Fire Det and respond to an active fire in the boiler room at CCMS.
04/24/14 A gray Husky dog was loose on Harris Lane and killed a chicken. Police took custody of the dog and transported the dog to the Blooming Grove Animal Shelter.
04/24/14 Police respond with Fire Dept to a brush fire from Moodna Creek on Forge Hill Rd which moved to the area of Stately Oaks.
04/25/14 A bonfire was reported at a residence on Rt 94, resident advised and fire extinguished.
04/27/14 Police receive a report of a brush fire on Taylor Rd. SMFD on scene.
04/27/14 An 11 yr old girl received an inappropriate message from an unknown subject on her Skype account. Police advised her mother to delete the account and be more cautious of who she accepts on Skype.
