Arrests
09/06/13 Victor F Agostini, age 45, of Newburgh, NY was arrested and charged with burglary in the third degree, trespassing, grand larceny in the fourth degree and criminal possession of stolen property
Incidents
09/02/13 An intoxicated person was found lying on Dock Hill Rd.
09/03/13 Police respond to a car vs, deer motor vehicle accident on Hudson St.. Police dispatched injured animal and removed it from roadway.
09/04/13 Police receive a call reporting disorderly juveniles at the gazebo who were jumping in front of cars and skateboarding on the new steps at the elementary school. Teens advised by Police.
09/07/13 Police assist Town Police on Rtw near Avocado Restaurant for a motorcycle rollover with ejection.
09/08/13 Police assisted Vails Gate Fire Dept. in a water rescue at the riverfront . A 14’ sunfish sail boat capsized. Parties assisted and condition corrected.
09/08/13 Police receive multiple calls for shots fired at the riverfront. Believed to be shotguns/hunting waterfowl. Hunter advised duck season open but goose season not.
