Arrests
08/12/13 A 40 yr old male from Walkill, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
08/14/13 A 23 yr old male from Ossining, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
08/15/13 James B Lee, age 40, of Walkill, NY was arrested on a bench warrant.
08/15/13 Diane J Tata, age 46, of Cornwall, NY was arrested and charged with Harassment in the 2nd degree.
08/15/13 Joseph Tata, age 47, of Cornwall, NY was arrested and charged with Harassment in the 2nd degree.
08/15/13 Joseph T Tetro, age 25 of New Windsor, NY was arrested on a bench warrant.
08/16/13 A 41 yr old female from Cornwall, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
08/17/13 Julie P Camarda, age 24 of New Windsor, NY was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
Incidents
08/12/13 Police take a report of credit card fraud. The complainant reported her credit card information used in Paramus NJ for a purchase without her permission or knowledge.
08/12/13 A pipeline was struck by a worker on Shelly Court. Central Hudson was on the scene for repairs.
08/13/13 Police receive a report of a burglary in the past on Cherry Drive. Copper pipe was stolen from the residence.
08/14/13 A gas pipeline was hit with a shovel. Central Hudson on the scene for repair.
08/15/13 A resident received a call from an unknown person telling her that a relative was arrested and needed to be bailed out of jail but to send money directly to that person instead of the jail. Police advised caller that this is a scam.
08/16/13 A 30 yr old female was fatally shot in the chest on Sycamore Dr.
08/17/13 Police receive several calls of bear sightings around Laurel, Jaegar and Smith and Sylcox Rd.
08/17/13 Police receives a report of 2 males walking on Mill St. wearing gas masks and carrying a camera. Subjects had permission to be on property ad were shooting a movie.
08/18/13 A 33 yr old male was found floating down the river and brought to shore, No medical attention was required.
