Arrests
07/27/13 7:19 pm Taryn Nicole Toepfer, age 24, of Cornwall-on-Hudson, NY was arrested and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree.
07/25/13 4:40 pm A 21 yr old male from Cornwall-on-Hudson, Ny was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Incidents
07/22/13 A small black dog without a tail was found wandering on Mountain Ave. and later transported to Flannery Animal Hospital to hold overnight.
07/23/13 Several warnings were issued to vehicles on Academy Ave, Route 218 and Shore Rd.
07/24/13 A caller reported receiving a fraudulent call. A male subject called stating a relative was in an accident and then hung up when questioned.
07/24/2013 A loose dog was found on Route 218 and brought to Flannery Animal Hospital. The dog needed a rabies shot, received the shot at the hospital and was later released to owner.
07/25/13 Several warnings were issued to vehicles at Riverfront, Route 218 and Shore Rd.
07/25/13 A driver was issued a summons for using a cell phone while driving on Route 218.
07/27/13 Police take a report of larceny. A cell phone was stolen from a vehicle at Cumberland Farms.
07/27/13 8:46 pm Police warn fireworks crew setting up fireworks to stay off and away from train tracks.
07/27/13 10:27 pm A brush fire occurred on Shore Rd and CSX was notified to stop all train traffic.
07/28/13 A cell phone was found at the fireman’s fair and turned in to Police.
