Arrests
07/01/13 12:35 am A 27 yr old male from Wappingers Falls, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
2:14 am A 32 yr old male from Cornwall, NY was arrested and charged with harassment in the second degree.
07/02/13 2:11 pm Michelle E Rosa, age 21, of Newburgh, NY was arrested and charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree.
11:19 pm Sean J Sands, age 26, of New Windsor, NY was arrested on a bench warrant.
07/06/13 8:35 pm Christian A Albrizio, age 20, of Rock Tavern, NY was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance.
10:33 pm An 18 yr old male from New Windsor, NY was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
07/07/13 5:00 pm John J Casey, age 31, of New Windsor, NY was arrested for a suspended license.
Incidents
07/01/13 Police take a fireworks complaint, caller stated they are coming from behind Angola Rd.
07/02/13 Police take a report of criminal mischief from a resident on Howard Ave. Someone threw eggs at his house and several eggs were broken on the front porch.
07/03/13 Police take a report of $4,000.00 worth of DPW batteries taken from vehicles on Route 9w South.
07/03/13 A caller report fireworks from a home on Marshall Dr. which were later confiscated by Police.
07/04/13 Police take a report of burglary of chain saws and demo saws from a home on Angola Rd.
07/04/13 A group of juveniles behind the Town Hall were seen leaving the area and a backpack with alcohol and marijuana was found and placed into evidence.
07/04/13 A silver man’s watch was found near Veteran’s way and turned into Police.
07/05/13 Police assist COH Police with a burglary that was reported on Duncan Ave.
07/06/13 Police take a report of criminal mischief on Marshall Dr. A resident had her tires slashed.
07/07/13 Police take a report of criminal mischief on Quaker Ave. Beer bottles were thrown at a door which shattered the door and the bottles.
07/07/13 Police take a report of computer fraud.
