Arrests
06/24/13 A 30 yr old male from Harriman, NY was arrested and charged with criminal contempt.
06/25/13 Frederick M Smith, age 44, of Washingtonville, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, no/expired inspection and insurance, unlicensed driver and speeding.
06/25/13 Edinson A Nique, age 21, of Newburgh, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed driver and speeding.
An 18 yr old male from Cornwall-on-Hudson was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
06/29/13 A 28 yr old male from Cornwall, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
06/30/13 Christopher P Roeder, age 20, of Cornwall, NY was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
Incidents
06/24/13 Several incidents due to storm: Several wires were reported down, alarm tripped at Lee rd school, a tree fell on Orrs Mills Rd.
06/24/13 A dispute between neighbors erupted after a tree branch fell and one neighbor moved the branch. DPW advised.
06/25/13 Two batteries were reported stolen from an excavator on Rt. 32.
4:43 pm Police were called to Quaker Ave. for a fight in progress.
06/28/13 Police take a report of several heavy equipment batteries stolen from construction vehicles on Rt. 9W.
06/29/13 A man attempted to serve his wife with divorce papers at a restaurant and was later advised by Police that he should contact Family Court and have his wife professionally served by a server of the court.
06/30/13 A large water main break occurred on Frost Lane.
06/30/13 A phone was stolen from a residence. The owner tracked the phone, Police responded to its location and the phone was returned to its owner.
