Arrests
06/22/13 Malcolm L Forbes, of Cornwall, NY was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
An 18 yr old male from Cornwall-on-Hudson, NY was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
Incidents
06/17/13 Police receive a call reporting a large bear in the vicinity of Avenue A.
06/17/13 Police take a report of larceny from a residence on Clark Ave.
06/18/13 A house on Homeland Ave. was egged during the night.
Police take a report of bones found in a flower bed on Pleasant Lane. The bones appeared to be from an animal possibly from a deer that might be have been cut by a hunter.
A license plate was reported lost/stolen from a residence on Washington St.
Police assist Town Police wityh a structure fire on Angola Rd.
06/19/13-06/20/13 A resident on Spruce St. was woken up by construction noise at 6:45 am. The construction crew was advised by Police of the noise ordinance that work cannot begin before 8:00am.
Drivers down at the Riverfront were advised that they need parking permits.
Police issue tickets and warning during a S.T.E.P. (Selective Traffic Enforcement Program) assignment.
06/21/13 A disorderly male was yelling at 3am on Shore Rd. Police advised him to keep the noise down.
06/23/13 A resident on Braden Place reported an animal in their garage. Police advised them to leave their garage door open overnight so the animal could leave.
