Arrests
05/01/13 Andy Agueda, age 19, of New Windsor NY was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
05/02/13 Erwin Alave Jr., age 24, of Newburgh, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and suspended registration.
05/03/13 Dennis N Rodrigue, age 36, of Monroe, NY was arrested and charged with DWI, failing a field sobriety test and no or expired registration.
05/04/13 Joseph Drew Meakim, age 18, of Cornwall, NY was arrested and charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree.
Daniel A DeGroat, age 22, of Cornwall-on-Hudson, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding.
Incidents
05/01/13 Police take a report of railroad ties on fire near Moodna Creek, fire handled by MTA.
05/02/13 Police assist NW Police obtaining a larceny suspect.
05/04/13 A resident in the town was advised that there is no brush burning allowed.
05/05/13 A brush fire was extinguished just on the side of Rt9w just north of town.
