Arrests
04/01/13 Jean Oriental, age 39, of Highland Falls, NY was arrested on a bench warrant.
04/02/13 A female, age 33, from New Windsor, NY was charged with a suspended license.
04/04/13 John W Tremper, age 26, from Newburgh, Ny was arrested and charged with grand larceny and burglary in connection with a burglary which occured at a Murrary Rd. residence in January 2013.
04/05/13 A female, age 21, from Central Valley, NY was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
04/05/13 Joseph KC Scivoletto, age 20, of Cornwall, NY was arrested and charged with criminal possesion of stolen property in the fifth degree and fourth degree, criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument and possession of a controlled substance.
04/07/13 A male, age 35, of Mountainville, NY was charged with a suspended registration and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
A male, age 21, of Newburgh, Ny was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding.
Incidents
04/02/13 Police take report of larceny from an unlocked vehicle on Quaker Ave. A wallet and GPS was stolen.
04/03/13 Cornwall Fire Dept dispatched for a brush fire on Hemlock Hill
04/03/13 Town Police assist COH Police with a car accident involving a car hitting a house on Maple Ave.
5:56 pm Police received a call about 3 subjects walking on the trestle, subjects located and advised. MTA contacted to re-post regarding entry onto trestle.
04/06/13 Cornwall Fire Dept. extinguished a small brush fire on Hess Rd.
04/06/13 A dead cat that was struck by a vehicle on Main St. was removed from the roadway.
