I am very concerned about a recently proposed zoning change for the site of the Cornwall Commons project on route 9W across from the New York military Academy. I urge my fellow citizens to attend a public special session of the town board on Monday, April 22 where the Board will examine details of the proposed zoning changes. This area, and this project, are too large to make zoning changes without having all the facts about impacts.
