Arrests

02/19/13 Alphonso Grant Jr. age 22. of Newburgh, NY was arrested and charged with speeding and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
1:31 pm Donald C. Gordon, age 42, of Cornwall, NY was arrested on a warrant.
02/20/13 Miguel Martinez-Leon, age 28, of Newburgh, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and speeding.
02/21/13 Ronald Degroodt the 2nd, age 26, of Walden, NY was charged with criminal contempt; a misdemeanor.
02/22/13 Jorge M Flores, age 37, of New Windsor, NY was arrested and charged with speeding and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
02/23/13 Ralph Cefalo Jr., age 31, of Maybrook, NY was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
02/24/13 A 17 yr old male from Cornwall-on-Hudson, Ny was arrested and charge with disorderly conduct after causing a disturbance on a public roadway.
02/25/13 Daven A Cherry, Age 24, of Newburgh, NY was arrested and charged with speeding and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.


Incidents

02/19/13 Police take a report of forgery. Checks were stolen from a resident of a nursing home, forged and cashed.
02/20/13 A Cornwall citizen found a wallet on the floor of Anytime Fitness and turned it into Police. Police returned the wallet to it’s owner.
11:23 am A bag of tools was found in a parking lot on Quaker AVe. and returned ot it’s owner.
11:09 pm A resident called Police after she noticed her neighbor’s driveway had not been been plowed and she knew there was a family with young children living there. Contact was made with the homeowner who was on vacation, he appreciated the concern and Police checking on things.
