Arrests
12/18/12 4:19 am Keith P Perez, age 37, of Cornwall, NY was arrested and charged with assault in the third degree and criminal mischief.
1:48 pm An 18 yr old male from Washingtonville, NY was charged with petit larceny and criminal tampering in the third degree for stealing lottery tickets.
12/20/12 2:57 pm Jeryl L Mosely, age 49, of Washingtonville, NY was arrested for DWI, criminal possession of a controlled substance and several other violations.
12/22/12 A 26 yr old male from Cornwall, NY was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding.

12/17/12 8:33 am Police take report of a larceny of cash at Briarcliff Place
9:08 am Police take report of a larceny of a package stolen after delivery to a residence on Main St.
5:17 pm COVAC was dispatched to Rt 32 for a car accident with injuries on Rt 32.
12/18/12 Police take report of a student from CCHS threatening another student. The student making the threat was disciplined and sent home.
12/19/12 8:56 am Police take report of larceny of a statue from a nativity scene at a home on Shelly Court.
3:44 pm Police respond to Rt 9w Northbound for a 2 car accident with property damage
12/22/12 Police take a report of larceny of a generator from a property on Main St.
