Arrests
11/12/12 Christopher J Jackson, age 23, of Yonkers, NY was arrested and charged with criminally using drug paraphernalia and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
11/14/12 Gary J Rundle, age 47, of Newburgh, NY was arrested on a bench warrant from Newburgh.
11/15/12 A 20 yr old man from Milton, NY was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
11/16/12 Kathleen M Treston, age 21 , of Cornwall, NY was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument in the third degree and petit larceny.
11/17/12 Ron J Delosreyes, age 25, of New Windsor, NY was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and improper lane use.
11/18/12 A 29 yr old man from Cornwall, NY was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Incidents
11/13/12 A utility pole was on fire on rt 32, Cornwall Fire dept. and Police dispatched and Central Hudson were on the scene.
11/13/12 Police respond to a two car accident with no injuries on Industry Drive in Cornwall.
11/14/12 Police called to a residence and found a dog that was reported missing on the 13th and return the dog to it’s owner.
Police respond to a car vs. deer accident on Rt 9w Southbound, no injuries.
Police take report of unauthorized use of a credit card.Police take report of a two car accident at the traffic circle, no injuries reported.
Police respond to a car vs. deer accident on Pleasant Hill rd. animal injured in roadway.
A four old was bitten by a Rottweiler, child brought to ER. Dog brought to shelter until owner could provide shots and licensing documentation.
11/15/12 Police called to Maple Hurst Inn at 76 Willow Ave. for a possible dispute. A man told Police there was no dispute. The man began to rant about the living conditions and problem of cockroaches everywhere in the building. Police advised him that this is a civil issue.
Police take an additional report about an aggressive dog previously reported to be on Deer Hill Rd. charging pedestrians.
11/16/12 Police issue several warnings and traffic tickets on rt 32 and on 9w.
Police take report of a car vs. deer accident on 9w, no injuries.
11/17/12 Police take report of larceny from a vehicle. A diamond ring was stolen from an unlocked vehicle.
11/18/12 Police take report of larceny from a vehicle, $830 worth of items sloen from an unlocked vehicle on Jackson Ave.
