10/15/12
2:11 am Daniel R Gunset, age 19, of Highland Mills, NY was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
10/17/12
8:24 am Gary F Tremper, age 27, of New Windsor, NY was charged with criminal possession of stolen property, burglary and grand larceny.
10/18/12
1:37 am A 21 yr old woman from Cornwall, NY was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
9:00 pm An 17 yr old male from Cornwall and a 18 yr old male from Cornwall-on-Hudson were charged with trespassing at Cornwall Plaza after they had received notices to stay off of the property.

11:19 pm Nathan R Finocchi, age 27, of Washingtonville, NY was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

2:12 am Megan E Mabie, age 20, of Hyde Park, NY and Courtney L Mannering, age 25, of Poughkeepsie, NY were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

6:29 pm Police respond to a report of shots being fired near a new home construction on Holloran Rd. Officers checked area and advised unfounded.
10/17/12
3:30 pm Al Conley called and advised that the older black lab mutt found on Boulevard and Maple Rd. is being transported to Blooming Grove Animal Shelter after several attempts by phone were made to it’s owner and owner did not respond.

2:15 pm Police take a report of identity theft from a caller who stated that she learned her tax return was submitted by another person using her and her husbands information.

5:57 pm Police and COVAC respond to 2 car MVA with injuries on rt 32.
10/20/12
1:27 pm Police locate a 10 yr old boy who suffers from autism and ran away from home.
