Sunoco of Vails Gate raises it's unleaded price to 4.159 on Thursday, November 1, 2012. The Sunoco Station that is located at the Five Corners in Vails Gate at the intersections of Routed 32-300-94 is in the photos attached. This station had set a price for regular unleaded at $3.95 on Thursday, 10/31/12 (Halloween), and with wholesale gas prices reportedly declining per news reports, and a gas crisis and shortage in the mid Hudson as a result of the devastating effects of Hurricane Sandy, has raised its price for regular unleaded to $4.15 a gallon it Is very interesting to note that the Shell Station directly across the street had a posted price of $3.95 for regular as well as signs posted on the pumps that say "Out of Gas".
HAS THE WHOLESALE PRICE OF GAS INCREASED AGAIN OR
IS THIS SIMPLY GAS GOUGING?

Just up north on Rt 94,Lukoil, $3.83 a gal. further north Cumberland farms $3.85.

$5.99 for regular on Long Island. Now that's gouging.
