11:47 pm Whitney E Biagiotti, age 25, of Goshen, NY was arrested for DWI.

3:35 pm Police respond to Willow Ave. for a two car mva, no injury.
3:40 pm COVAC responds to Rt 32 for three car mva with injury.
7:45 pm Police take reports of people stating they hear shots that sound like a high powered rifle on Angola Rd. Police check area and advised all quiet.
7:58 pm Police, COVAC and Fire dept. respond to 2 car accident on Mailler Ave.

11:51 am Police take report from New Windsor of motor vehicle accident on Riley Rd.
6:06 pm Police respond to Seidman Way for an animal complaint: 2 dogs fighting, summons served and dog impounded.
9:11 pm Police take report of a large bear and 2 cubs spotted on a property on Angola Rd. Bears gone on Police arrival.

7:21 pm A mother came into the police station to report that her 10 yr old autistic son ran off from her. Emergency broadcast sent out to the community, businesses and schools notified. Child walked into Police station at 8:25 pm unharmed.

11:37 am Police take report of two women harassed by a man who shared a taxi with them and threatened them with a knife. When the man got out of the taxi to stop at the Chase ATM in Cornwall the taxi left with the two women and notified Police. Police to contact Chase for assistance in identifying the man.
5:37 pm Police take report from caller stating a bear is in his yard. Police respond, bear ran into the woods upon officer arrival.
11:08 pm Police officers responded to a vacant residence on Faculty Rd. at NYMA for a report of a large group of juveniles drinking at the residence. It appeared the subjects gained entry to the residence by breaking a window. Officers located alcohol and marijuana inside the residence. Twenty-three subjects were placed under arrest and charged with criminal trespass; a misdemeanor. Five of the subjects were processed as juveniles. All subjects released to parents to reappear in court.

1:35 pm Police take report of a vehicle being scratched and dented on Weeks Ave. near the Little League field while it’s owner was at the 10k race.
