10/03/12
9:17 am Jason N Conn, age 35, of Newburgh, NY and Christina M Barger, age 30, of Newburgh, NY were arrested on an outstanding warrant for petit larceny and criminal posession of stolen property 4th degree following an investigation by the Cornwall-on-Hudson Police and Town of New Windsor Police. Mr. Conn along with co-defendant, Christina Barger, were observed stealing used car batteries from the grounds area of the Village of Cornwall DPW building grounds on August 31, 2012.

7:45 am Police take report of motor vehicle vs. deer accident on Mountain Rd.
6:58 pm Police take report of driver who stated she struck two parked cars on Cherry Ave.
10/05/12
3:57 pm Police respond to a complaint of cars parked at riverfront without a permit. Subjects were advised to seek proper permits and moved along.
10/07/12
11:00 Police report that someone drew a swastika and KKK in the dirt/mulch behind COH Elementary school.
