10/01/12
8:42 pm A 49 yr old woman from Cornwall, NY received an appearance ticket for disorderly conduct for fighting with police while being transported to Cornwall Hospital.
10/02/12
4:49 pm Liam M Gruber-Bregman, age 22, of Cornwall-on-Hudson, NY was charged with trespassing on the property of 45 Quaker Ave. where he was previously banned from property.
10/03/12
12:29 am Cesar A Raynor, age 66 of Highland Falls, NY was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, second degree.
10/05/12
4:40 pm Kathleen E Finnegan, age 25, of Garrison, NY was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, third degree.
7:14 pm An 18 yr old woman from Cornwall, NY was charged with aggravated harassment and criminal contempt in the second degree after she text messaged a subject who had an order of protection against her.
9:03 pm A 42 yr old man from Cornwall, NY was arrested and charged with harassment in the second degree, following a domestic dispute.

1:37 am an 18 yr old man from of Rock Tavern, NY was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, second degree.
4:00 am Kevin M Oleary, age 22, of New Windsor, Ny, was arrested and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated and improper lane use.
9:40 pm Patrick E Kelly, age 47, of Cornwall, NY was arrested and charged with assault in the first degree, reckless risk of death for pushing a victim over a third story railing at 76 Willow Ave in Cornwall, commonly known as the Maplehurst “Inn.” Bail was set at $100,000.

8:35 pm Police respond to Timberline Dr. for two reports of a bear going through garbage and on resident’s property, bear ran back into woods.
10/04/12
9:34 am Police take report of check fraud, checks cashed at Chase Bank.
10:04 am Police respond to Angola Rd. for report of bear on a property, bear gone on arrival.
4:31 pm Fire Department dispatched to Canterbury Ave. for a fire on an exterior wall, fire extinguished.
10/06/12
11:26 pm Police assist village Police with large group fighting in front of Trestle restaurant and bar.
