9/26/12
2:05 pm Edward B. Fay, age 30, of Cornwall, NY, was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident and two traffic infractions.
9/27/12
1:40 pm Kevin F Byrnes, age 24, of New Windsor, NY, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
1:40 pm Jeremy R Clark, age 23, of Newburgh, NY, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
9/30/12
3:44 am Liam J McMahon, age 22, of Cornwall, NY, was arrested for DWI for a blood alcohol level greater than .08 and issued summonses fro traffic violations. His blood alcohol level measured .10.
Incidents
9/24/12
8:00 am Police respond to report of large bear on Brookhollow Drive, Cornwall, in the vicinity of children getting onto school bus. Police stood until bear retreated into woods and all clear.
11:27 am Police respond to Diamond Court for a report of illegal hunting on a resident's property. Resident advised to re-post trespassing signs.

9:15 pm Police take report from school custodial staff of teens setting off fireworks down the sewers.
11:44 pm Police take report of bottle being thrown at a car window on Murray Rd.

9:55 am Police take report of car larceny on Mccanns Ln.
9/29/12
12:02 pm Police take report of a burglary from an apartment on Main St. of jewelry that occurred sometime in the past week.
