City of Newburgh to hold Antique & Collectible
Flea Market at Newburgh Landing Oct. 21
During Visit of Tall Ship Lynx
Attention bargain shoppers! The City of Newburgh will hold an Antique & Collectible Flea Market Sunday, Oct. 21 from 10 a.m.- 4 p.m. at Unico Park on the Newburgh Waterfront. The event is a fundraiser for the 25th annual International Festival which will take place over Labor Day Weekend, 2013.
Vendors of good quality vintage, antique or collectible items are welcome for the low admission price of $25 per 10 x 10 space. Applications will be available on the City website, www.cityofnewburgh-ny.gov, or by calling (845) 569-7354 or (845) 569-5429.
“We hope to make the 25th annual International Festival an extraordinary event,” said Deputy Mayor Regina Angelo. She added, “Stay tuned- we are working to return the festival to the Newburgh waterfront.”
Visitors to the Flea Market will also have a chance to tour the privateer, Lynx which will make a return visit to Riverfront Marina by Billy Joe’s Restaurant from Thursday, Oct. 18- Sunday, Oct. 21. For information on tours, please visit www.privateerlynx.org or call (866) 446-5969.
