Arrests

9/12/12
11:18 p.m. Brandon J. Ciccone, age 21, of New Windsor, N.Y. was arrested for DWI, speeding and improper lane use.
11:54 p.m. A man from Peekskill, N.Y. was charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.
9/14/12
9:22 a.m. A man from New Windsor was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle in the third degree.
9/15/12
10:44 p.m. Liam M. Gruber-Bregman, age 22, of Cornwall-on-Hudson, N.Y. was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana and criminal possession of a hypodermic needle.
10:44 p.m. Joseph KC Scivoletto, age 20, of Cornwall, N.Y. was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana.
9/16/12
8:24 p.m. A 17-year old man from Middletown, N.Y. was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana.

11:36 a.m. Police take report from property manager for 2 Mill St. of trespassers cutting chains and locks to gain entry to property.
12:38 p.m. Police take report from a mother stating her daughter is being bullied on Facebook.
9/11/12 Police take report of a burglary, the Cornwall resident stated burglary occured when all members of family were home and no evidence of forced entry to home.
9:45 p.m. Police take report of shots heard near the high school in the wooded area. Caller stated that he found shell casings. Police Chief Hazard said he would follow up with school officials.
3:11 p.m. Polic take report of two subjects selling magazine subscriptions to raise money for a trip. Caller stated she bought $365 worth of magazines and gave subjects a personal check. Police investigated and advised caller that it was a scam and to stop payment of check and monitor her account.
5:48 p.m. Police take report from caller near Amy Lane stating that 2 males with rifles with too close to their home.
6:28 p.m. Police take report of two bears spotted wandering towards Orrs Mills Rd.
9/13/12
1:00 p.m. Police take report from a caller stating he was jogging on Willow Ave. and bitten by a dog.
9/14/12
8:35 a.m. Police take report of bear spotted in back yard of a Harold Ave. residence.
9:57 a.m. Police take report of forgery of bogus prescription from CVS.
5:52 p.m. Police respond to motor vehicle vs. car accident on Rt,218, Medivac launched.
6:48 p.m. Police assist Cornwall Hospital with disruptive patient.
8:00 p.m. Police take report from Cornwall Plaza that a worker cleaning a bathroom discovered a hypodermic needle in the garbage.
9/16/12
1:43 p.m. Police discovered loose dog, a brown and white shih tzu, on Rt. 94 while on patrol. Dog Control Mr. Conley contacted and advised to transport dog to Flannery Animal Hospital.
