7:19 p.m. Michael H Alvarez, age 26, of Highland Mills, N.Y., was arrested for petit larceny.
Thursday August 23, 2012
5:00 p.m. Justin C Billings, age 19, of Newburgh N.Y. was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana.
Friday August 24, 2012
9:15 a.m. Mario M Gomez, age 49, of Monroe, N.Y. was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle in the 3rd degree, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.
10:29 a.m. Norman Robinson, age 53, of Newburgh, N.Y. was arrested on a bench warrant.

12:20 a.m. Andrea J Rice, age 22, of Cornwall-on-Hudson, N.Y. was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana.
5:00 p.m. Alfredo Perez, age 35, of Harriman, N.Y. was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, third degree and improper lane use.

12:30 p.m. Police respond to 305 Main St. for a possible structure fire, police close down Main St., fire extinguished.
8:30 a.m. Highway Department reported a cow loose on Angola Road. Loose bull located and returned to owner.

12:30 p.m. Police respond to a report of a suspicious blue Mustang on Cherry Hill Road with driver who was believed to be casing houses. Driver said he was looking for a residence.
5:43 p.m. Police respond to 2 car motor vehicle accident on Route 32, property damage.
10:23 p.m. Police take report of larceny by a caller’s daughter who stole jewelry and pawned it, jewelry located at pawn shop, recovered and returned to owner.

3:52 p.m. Police respond to report of refrigerator on route 9w, Cornwall in the road, Police state parts had been moved off of the road.

3:02 p.m. Police take report of pornographic dvd left in the kids free book and dvd section of the Cornwall library.

4:21 p.m. Police respond to report of suspicious male on Jackson Ave. running with a rifle. Police located male who said he was target shooting in a wooded area off of Jackson Ave. Police advise subject against trespassing.
9:23 p.m. Police take report of damage to a car on Shore Drive, caller states possibley rocks thrown at car window.

6:23 p.m. Police respond to report of three street bikes drag racing on Main St. Bike operators were advised.
