Wednesday August 15, 2012
12:03 a.m. Jesus C Velez, age 29, of Monroe, N.Y. was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, third degree.
2:25 p.m. A New Windsor woman, age 18, was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana.
4:23 p.m. Daniel R. Spellman, age 21, of New Windsor, N.Y. was charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument, a class c felony and petit larceny, a class a misdemeanor.

9:32 a.m. Somnarain R D Singh, age 32, of Jamaica, N.Y. was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle in the 3rd degree, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, no/expired insurance and equipment (obstructed view front/rear by object).
7:22 p.m. Douglas E Casscles, age 26, of Cornwall, N.Y. was arrested on a bench warrant from walden, N.Y. for issuing a bad check/passes check knowing no funds.
11:15 p.m. Ervin M. Cooper, age 23, of Newburgh, N.Y. was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana.

3:15 p.m. Police respond to a report of a bear on rt. 32 in Cornwall, bear was gone on arrival.
8:39 p.m. Police respond to report of disorderly juveniles at the Cornwall Plaza, Quaker Ave. Cornwall and advise parties to move along.

7:40 p.m. Police and COVAC respond to fight in progress at the Cornwall Plaza, Quaker Ave. Cornwall. Victims refused medical attention.

8:56 a.m. Police respond to motor vehicle accident with deer on Route 9w, Cornwall.
2;29 p.m. Police respond to Brookside condos 98 Main st. for a report of 3 men soliciting for energy savings. Men were advised to obtain a permit.

9:08 Police respond to report of loose German Shepherd on Muser Drive, Cornwall and dog is taken to Blooming Grove Dog Shelter.

12:40 a.m. Police take report of cell phone stolen on Willow Ave.
8/19/12
9:19 p.m. Police respond to report of disorderly juveniles on Quaker ave. Cornwall in front of Dunkin Donuts and advise them to move along.
