Newly-elected Cornwall-on-Hudson trustee Peter Russell took the oath of office Monday night at the village's re-organization meeting at Village Hall as his wife, Emily, and daughter watched.
James Kane was also sworn in to a second term as village trustee. Both men won the local election for the seats in the March 20th election.
