To the Editor:
We strongly support Barbara Gosda and Jan Smith as candidates for the Cornwall-on-Hudson Village Board. Barbara has been doing a stellar job, working hard to make sure our Village conducts business in an intelligent and considerate way. Among other tasks she has taken on are organizing the fall Village-wide yard sale and the Sunday Bike and Hike on Route 218.
Jan's expertise in accounting and finance make her the perfect candidate to make sure our tax dollars are spent wisely. She attends most board meetings, carefully taking notes and asking the questions that need to be asked regarding Village finances.
We encourage other Village residents to learn the facts and get to know these two outstanding candidates.
