Arrests
Tuesday
Police charged Michael Varrone, 48, of Chester, with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding in a posted zone.
Wednesday
Police arrested Daniel Crisanto, 25, of Greenwood Lake, for an active bench warrant.
Thursday
Police charged Normearleasa Thomas, 54, of Highland Mills, with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and failure to surrender suspended plates.
Friday
Police arrested Shania Giordano, 26, of Middletown, on an active warrant from the New York State Police.
Police charged Kristan Martinson, 28, of New Windsor, with third degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and speeding in an unposted zone.
Sunday
Police arrested Jessica Wierzbicki, 33, of Newburgh, for an active bench warrant and charged her with third degree unlicensed operating of a motor vehicle and speeding in a posted zone.
Monday, December 19
Police charged Malik Stotts, 20, of Johnson City, with third degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to surrender license and soliciting without a permit.
Police charged Dorothy Adams, 50, of Newburgh, with tampering with physical evidence and fourth degree criminal possession of stolen property.
Police charged Lorenzo Adams, 53, of Newburgh, with following a motor vehicle too closely, vehicle entering stop or yield intersection, failure to stop at a stop sign, speeding in a posted zone, operation of a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, failure to obey a traffic control device, driving the wrong way on a one way street, driving left around a traffic circle, improper lane use, passing in a no passing zone, drove to left at hill crest or curve, unsafe passing, failure to keep right, fourth degree criminal mischief, reckless driving, second degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, fourth degree criminal possession of stolen property.
