Police charged an unnamed 18-year-old man from New Windsor with third degree menacing and second degree harassment.
Police charged Tyla Clarke, 28, of Newburgh, with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.

Police charged John Roper, 57, of Marlboro, with driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident, unsafe lane change and failure to keep right.
Sunday
Police charge two unnamed 17-year-old males from Cornwall with unlawful possession of marijuana.
