Monday
Police charged Alvaro Merino, 52, of Cornwall, with having a dog at large.

Police charged Brett Morris, 20, of Bridgeport TX, with soliciting without a permit.

Police charged Corbin Marks, 36, of Cornwall, with third degree criminal trespass.
Thursday
Police charged an unnamed 42-year-old man from Cornwall with second degree criminal contempt.
Police charged Kaitlyn Keith, 21, of Cornwall, with third degree unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle on a public highway while using a mobile phone.
Friday
Police charged Efrain Padilla III, 34 of Newburgh, with third degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a license plate display violation.
