Tuskegee Airmen lecture at the Cornwall Public Library
CORNWALL, NY – The local New Windsor chapter of the Tuskegee Airmen (Maj. Gen. Irene Trowell-Harris Chapter) will give a presentation on the history of the Tuskegee Airmen and their service during WWII at the Cornwall Public Library on Wednesday, January 25th at 6:30 PM. Presenters will include Col. Glendon Fraser, Chapter President and retired lieutenant colonel from the NY Air National Guard and Stephan Wilkinson, Chapter member. There will be a Q&A following the discussion. There is no registration required for this event.
Col. Glendon Fraser is Founding Member and President of the Maj. Gen. Irene Trowell-Harris chapter of the Tuskegee Airmen Inc., located on the Stewart Air National Guard base. This chapter is a chartered member of the National Tuskegee Airmen, Inc. operating in the Mid-Hudson Valley. It promotes the interest and honors the memory of the men and women who served in the Army Air Corp at Tuskegee, Alabama during the 1940s. For more information on the Maj. Gen.
