From the Cornwall Public Library
Cornwall Public Library now has available Museum Passes offering free admission to Storm King Art Center in Mountainville, and the Guggenheim Museum in New York City-- as well other museums in the US. These passes may be borrowed by adults who have a Cornwall Public Library Card, reflecting that they are residents of the Cornwall Central School District.
The Storm King passes, lent to only one household at a time, offer free admission to two adults (living in the same household) and their children under 18 years of age (living in the same household). The Guggenheim Museum passes, lent to only one household at a time, offer free admission to two adults, children under 18 years of age, and three additional guests. They are also reciprocal at over 30 museums and Frank Lloyd Wright sites in the U.S.
Passes may be reserved up to 3 days in advance by phone or walk-in, for a 3-day borrowing period. There is a $10/day fine for overdue passes, with a maximum fine of $50. There is no limit to the number of times a patron can borrow the passes, but they can only borrow for one museum at a time.
For more information about the Museum Pass program, please contact Rosaleen Leahy at the library – 534-8282 or [email protected].
