General News: Raise Your Awareness & Have Fun at SEPTO Fair

Save the date for this Saturday’s Cornwall Special Education PTO (SEPTO) 4th Annual Disability Awareness Fair to be held from 11 am to 3 pm at the Cornwall Middle School. The event has become a popular place for Cornwall residents to have fun indoors and outdoors, see some nifty equipment used by the town’s emergency response teams and play games -- all while raising money for SEPTO. The fair goes on, rain or shine.
Organizers say that.families will enjoy face painting, a bouncy house, live animals, games, free great prizes all day, refreshments and food. Members of the local police departments will be providing CHILD FIND IDs for children while personnel from the fire department and ambulance will explain their rescue equipment and talk about what they do as volunteers. There will be a popular Science Show by Ken Wickiser, guest speakers and much more. In addition, there will be a variety of agencies providing pertinent information for families.
