Police charged Conor Solner, 19, of Cornwall-on-Hudson, and an unnamed 18-year-old with unlawful possession of marijuana

Tuesday, June 7
Police charged Kerry O’Rourke, 36, of New Windsor with registration plate display violation, no inspection certificate and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.

Police charged Anthony Vinciguerra, 24, of Mount Vernon, with aggravated unliscensed operation in the third degree.

Police charged an unnamed 18-year-old with grand larceny in the third degree.
