Police charged Sean Sotomayor, 21, of Newburgh, with speeding in an unposted zone and aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree.

Police charged Ryan Buel, 26 of Highland Mills, with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.
Police charged Barbara White, 44, of New Windsor, with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, operating without insurance and aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree.
Police charged two unnamed 18-year-old males from Cornwall and Fitzwilliam NH, with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Police charged John Parrette, 45, of Cornwall with unlawful surveillance in the second degree.
