Police charge an unnamed 32-year-old male from Cornwall with harassment in the second degree.
Police charge Jody VanDunk, 50, of Monroe, with grand larceny in the third degree, possession of stolen property in the third degree and operation of an unregistered motor vehicle on a highway.

Police chargd Anthony Scibelli, 40, or New Windsor, with felony driving while intoxicated, failure to stop at a stop sign, travelling at an unreasonable speed, speeding and improper lane use.
