A New Windsor man is facing a felony DWI charge after driving into a house on Route 94.
Police charged Anthony Scibelli, 40, of New Windsor with felony driving while intoxicated on May 18, after receiving a call from a resident on Route 94. The resident complained that a car had just struck her home as well as a car in the driveway. Town of Cornwall Police Chief Todd Hazard said that the house sustained minor damage in the accident.
