Police charged Jonathan Drayton, 29, of Monroe, with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.
Police charged Philip Cataldo, 23, of New Windsor, with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.
Police charged Darrell Williams, 47, of Middletown, with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and operating without insurance.
