Arrests

Tuesday, March 15
Police charge 23-year-old Rennell Saro, of Monroe, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving without a license and driving an unregistered, uninsured vehicle.


Wednesday, March 16
Police charge 20-year-old Anthony Tetro, of Salisbury Mills, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.


Thursday, March 17
Police charge 19-year-old Brian Hlavac, of Washingtonville, with driving while intoxicated and while ability is impaired and with failure to keep right on Shore Drive.


Friday, March 18
Police charge 25-year-old Matthew Irene, of Cornwall, with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Police charge an unidentified 20-year-old male from Washingtonville with criminal trespass in the second degree, unlawful imprisonment in the second degree, assault in the third degree, harassment in the second degree and possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree after he allegedly got into an argument with an ex-girlfriend.


Saturday, March 19
Police charge an unidentified 18-year-old male from Cornwall with resisting arrest and obstruction of government administration after he allegedly fled on foot from an officer on a traffic stop. He was also charged with a traffic infraction.


Sunday, March 20
Police charge Bradley Sheldon, 38, and Sara Cruzquijije, 43, both of Monroe, with trespassing after they were allegedly observed on the Moodna trestle viaduct.


Incidents

Monday, March 14
2:50 pm Police respond to a motor vehicle accident on Route 94 that occurred when the driver of a vehicle fell asleep and hit several mailboxes.

8:13 pm Police issue parking tickets to two vehicles at the Lee Road school.


Tuesday, March 15
7:33 am Police respond to a fire at Jones Farm.

12:25 pm Police issue an appearance ticket to an unidentified resident for a barking dog that was disturbing the neighbors.

12:26 pm Police respond to a deer vs. motor vehicle accident on Angola Road.


Wednesday, March 16
9:16 am Police investigate a report of a mailbox stolen from a residence on Hampton Place.

3:56 pm Police respond to a domestic dispute.

7:54 pm Police issue a ticket to a driving for going 73 mph in a 40 mph zone on Angola Road.


Thursday, March 17
2:00 am Police issue a traffic ticket to a driver on Route 94.

12:25 pm Police take a report of a minor traffic accident with property damage on Main Street.

1:00 pm Police respond to a domestic dispute.

4:29 pm Police investigate a reported larceny from a student at the high school.


Friday, March 18
10:40 am Police respond to a motor vehicle accident with property damage on Route 32.

7:32-11:27 pm Police issue traffic tickets to six drivers.


Sunday, March 20
9:10 am Police respond to a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident on Route 94.

9:35 am Police advise to juveniles riding a mini bike and a moped on Shore Drive.

11:15 pm Police respond with COVAC to report of a resident possibly in danger of hurting himself who is transported to Cornwall hospital.
