Arrests
Wednesday, February 23
Police charge Szilvia Kun, 30, of New Windsor, with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.
Thursday, February 24
Police charge Marcus Tyrell Manigault, 25, of New York City, with reckless driving, speeding, fleeing a police officer, leaving the scene of an auto accident, operation of a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver and several more related charges.
Police charge Anvil Cole, 33, of Newburgh, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and with speeding.
Police charge Brian Hodge, 20, of Washingtonville, William Lang, 20, of New Windsor, and John Lundeen, 19, of Roscoe, with trespassing on the Moodna trestle.
Saturday, February 26
Police charge an unidentified 21-year-old male from New Windsor with assault in the third degree with intent to cause physical injury after a domestic dispute and with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree.
Sunday, February 27
Police charge Amber Morel, 19, of Cornwall, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Police charge Robert Placer, 20, of New Windsor, with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.
Police charge Justin Timberger, 23, of New Windsor, with driving a vehicle with no inspection certificate and with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor veheicle.

Monday, February 21
Throughout the day, police assist the highway department to alert vehicle owners to move their vehicles so that the streets can be plowed, removing vehicles as necessary.
8:30 am Police respond to a motor vehicle accident with property damage on Route 32.
12:15 pm Police respond with COVAC to a 911 call from a subject who said he was ill, depressed and intoxicated. Transported to SLCH.
12:45 pm Police respond to a report of a suicidal subject and transport him to Arden Hill hospital for observation.
7:57 pm Police issue a speeding ticket to a driver on Route 32.
Tuesday, February 22
12:43 am Police take a report of a deer vs. motor vehicle accident on Orrs Mills Road.
7:20 am Police make a welfare check on a woman who is found unconscious and transported to the hospital.
9:19 am Police take a report of a snowplow damaged overnight.
11:26 am Police deliver a dangerous dog summons to a resident.
2:30 pm Police take a report of an alleged harassment of a patient in an adult assisted living residence.
5:07-5:17 pm Police issue two traffic tickets.
9:17 pm Police investigate a report of harassing phone calls.
Wednesday, February 23
11:04 am Police take a report of a minor motor vehicle accident in the parking lot of Cornwall Plaza.
3:40 pm Police respond to a two-car motor vehicle accident on Route 94.
11:14-33 pm Police issue tickets to three drivers on Route 32 and Quaker Avenue.
Thursday, February 24
4:34 am Police take a report of a male reported missing by his grandmother who was house sitting for her daughter. She said her grandson went out and did not come home. Male is located later that day at home.
8:30 am Police respond to a motor vehicle accident with property damage on Route 9W.
10:33 pm Police take a report of two subjects missing from a group home.
Friday, February 25
8:20 am Police respond to a motor vehicle accident on Route 9W on Storm King Mountain where a vehicle fishtailed and hit a guardrail.
10:43 am Police issue a ticket for driving an un-inspected vehicle.
4:31 pm Police respond to a one-car motor vehicle accident on Route 9W in which a driver spun out and couldn’t get enough momentum to continue up the hill.
4:55 pm Police respond to a one-car rollover on Route 9W. No injuries.
5:59 pm Police respond to assist a disabled motorist on Route 9W.
6:45 pm Police respond to assist a vehicle that had gone into a ditch on Mineral Springs Road.
Saturday, February 26
1:48 am Police issue a ticket for speeding 80 mph in a 55 mph zone.
8:48 pm Police issue a ticket for speeding 52 mph in a 30 mph zone.
10:07 pm Police issue a traffic ticket on Route 32.
Sunday, February 27
12:40 am Police issue a traffic ticket on Quaker Avenue.
4:21 am Police respond to a domestic dispute.
10:30 am Police issue a traffic ticket on Route 9W.
