Arrests
Monday, February 14
Police charge Jhony Flores, 25, of Harriman, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Thursday, February 17
Police charge James Ludlow, 44, of New Windsor, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle with no inspection certificate, expired insurance, and improperly displaced registration plates.
Police charge Otis Ostrander, 19, of Cornwall-on-Hudson, with driving while intoxicated and with an equipment violation.
Saturday, February 19
Police charge Amber Morel, 19, of Cornwall, with unlawful possession of marijuana.
Police charge Anthony Rizzo, 19, of Cornwall, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and with an equipment violation.
Police charge 26-year-old Brandon Suman, of Paramus, NJ, with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and with no inspection certificate.

Monday, February 14
1:15 am Police issue a ticket for a driver for speeding at 71 mph in a 55 mph zone on Route 218 and a ticket for driving without a license.
12:30 –7:46 pm Police issue tickets to four drivers, two of them for speeding.
Tuesday, February 15
6:17 am Police respond to a deer vs. motor vehicle accident on Route 32.
8:18 am Police issue a ticket to a driver for speeding on Angola Road.
11:11 am Police transport a pit bull found running loose without a collar to the Blooming Grove Animal Shelter.
1:26 pm Police investigate a mental health case.
7:47 pm Police investigate a report of a harassing actions by an ex-boyfriend.
11:09 pm Police issue a traffic ticket to a driver on Angola Road.
Wednesday, February 16
4:14 am Police respond to a father-son domestic incident.
6:20 am Police respond to Cornwall hospital for a harassment complaint.
10:28 am Police respond to a domestic incident.
11:45 am Police take a report of trespassing by a subject who appears to be suffering the early stages of dementia.
12:38 pm Police respond to a report of a mentally disturbed subject and transport him to Arden Hill Hospital for observation.
1:51 pm Police respond to a father-son domestic incident.
4:03 pm Police respond to a motor vehicle accident with property damage on Route 9W.
4:07 pm Police respond to a motor vehicle accident with an injury on Route 94.

Friday, February 18
10:10 am Police issue a ticket to a driver on Route 94.
11:55 am Police issue a speeding ticket to a driver on Route 32.
1:12 pm Police respond to Cornwall high school for a reported altercation between two students who had orders of protection against each other.
3:25-:40 Police issue traffic tickets to two drivers.
5:35 pm Police move along a group of juveniles at Dunkin Donuts.
10:05 pm Police respond to a report of approximately 40 to 50 juveniles in the street on Willow Avenue who say a friend was taken to the ER but ER has no record of same. Police later assist village police with an intoxicated 17-year-old male subject taken to the ER.
Saturday, February 19
2:23 am Police respond to a report of a vehicle that hit a tree in the roadway on Mineral Springs Road.
11:21 am Police respond to a report of a tree down that knocked down electrical wires that are sparking.
1:51 pm Police take a report of a vehicle broken into and $1,500 in cash and other items were stolen.
3:10 pm Police take a report of a motor vehicle accident with property damage on Main Street.
4:24 pm Police close Long Hill Road to traffic due to wires down.
6:20 pm Police take possession of a ladies purse found in the Dunkin Donuts parking lot that contained six small bags of a green leafy substance.
7:58 pm Police take a report from a subject who received harassing phone calls.
10:51-11:46 pm Police issue two traffic tickets.
Sunday, February 20
8:04 am Police issue a traffic ticket to a driver on Route 94.
1:31 pm Police respond to a domestic incident.
3:11-3:57 pm Police issue a traffic ticket to two drivers on Route 32.
5:31 pm Police investigate a report of items stolen from a residence the previous night.
9:14 pm Police issue a traffic ticket to a driver on Willow Avenue.
