Arrests
Monday, February 7
Police charge Jason W. Nicole, 31, of Cornwall, and Frances Petrillo, 56, of Cornwall, with violation of the dog patch law for allowing an unlicensed dog to be at-large and attack another dog.
Police charge 26-year-old Ralph Malroy, of Wallkill, with unlawful possession of marijuana, and with driving a vehicle with no inspection sticker and a broken taillight.
Police charge 25-year-old Ayda Valezquez-Gutierrez, of Newburgh, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and with an equipment violation.
Wednesday, February 9
Police charge 44-year-old William Lear, of Poughkeepsie, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and driving a vehicle with a suspended registration and no insurance.
Police charge 43-year-old Anthony Vourakis, of Milton, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and with driving a vehicle with a suspended registration.
Thursday, February 10
Police charge 30-year-old Getsemarie Vachier, of Goshen, with driving a vehicle with a suspended registration and with no insurance.
Police charge 20-year-old Theodore Sabini, of Haverstraw, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and with speeding.
Friday, February 11
Police charge an unidentified 18-year-old male from New Windsor with unlawful possession of a marijuana and possession of a controlled substance (suboxone).
Police charge 39-year-old Joseph Greene, of Newburgh, with driving a vehicle with a suspended registration and no insurance.
Sunday, February 13
Police charge an unidentified 48-year-old male from Nyack with assault in the third degree and harassment in the second degree after he alleged assaulted his wife.
Police charge 20-year-old Collin Quinn, of New Windsor, with unlawful possession of marijuana and with driving a vehicle with an expired inspection.
