Police charge 43-year-old Christine Bell of Cornwall-on-Hudson with chasing/harassing any person after an animal complaint.

2:32 pm Police take a report of a stolen Ipod case.
Tuesday, January 4
2:38 pm Police take a report of a rooster weather vane that was stolen from the front yard of a home on Meadow Avenue.
Sunday, January 9
7:32 pm Police take a report from a caller who states that she has received numerous threatening messages via email form a subject who is unknown to her.
Monday, January 10
6:20 am Police repond to a motor vehicle accident on Route 9W South.
9:26 am Police issue a traffic ticket to a driver on Main Street.
11:19 am Police issue a ticket to a driver for having an expired inspection sticker.
4:23 pm Police assist with a parent at the elementary school who is afraid to go home with her kids and needs to find a safe home.
8:09 pm Police assist a parent who reported that her kids did not come home after school.

Christine Bell was never arrested .Someone got the facts wrong!! Carter was with the owner and on a leash ..
