Thursday, December 30
Police charge 65-year-old John Gallogly of Poughkeepsie with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated (blood alcohol level higher than .18%) and consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Police charge 22-year-old Charles Jackson of Monroe with unlawful possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle without a licensed driver, and an equipment violation.
Sunday, January 2
Police charge 20-year-old Tyler Farrington of Plattekill with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Monday, January 3
Police charge 20-year-old Daniel Brancato of Cornwall with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving an uninspected vehicle, unlawful possession of marijuana and an equipment violation.
