December 20
Police charge Robert Pagliaro, 21, of New Windsor, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree and with speeding.
December 22
Police charge Hector Marin, 35, of Newburgh, with operation a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and no insurance and with operation of a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver.

Monday, December 20
6:34 am Police respond to a motor vehicle accident in the parking lot of a business on Route 9W.
8:58 am Police issue a ticket for speeding on Quaker Avenue.
10:31 am Police respond to a motor vehicle accident on Pleasant Hill Road with no injuries.
3:41 pm Police investigate a report of mail taken from a mailbox and opened without the owner's knowledge.
5:27 pm Police respond to a two-car motor vehicle accident with no injuries on Route 32.
Tuesday, December 21
11:58 am Police investigate a report of a telephone scam.
12:53 pm Police issue two tickets to a driver on Route 9W who did not possess a valid license.
4:46 pm Police investigate a report from a man who said he signed up with the Mystery Shopping Providers Association to be a mystery shopper and was sent two money orders that he was supposed to cash and return some of the money to the company. The money orders were fake and the man did not lose any money but wanted to report the incident.
10:05 pm Police respond to a minor motor vehicle accident on Route 9W.
