Arrests

December 16
Police charge 28-year-old Joseph Hennessey of Cornwall-on-Hudson with criminal possession of marijuana in the fourth degree.

December 17
Police charge 47-year-old Margaret Ann Micucci of Cornwall with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.

December 22
Police charge 28-year-old Mathew Mercado, of Newburgh, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree and refusal to take a chemical test.

Monday, December 13
12:59 pm Police investigate a report of a burglary on Hirle Street.

4:03 pm Police issue a ticket to a driver on Hudson Street.

5:09 pm Police issue a ticket to a driver for a cell phone violation.


Friday, December 17
11:07 am Police issue a ticket for speeding in a school zone on Hudson Street.


Sunday, December 19
2:59 am Police respond to a boyfriend-girlfriend domestic dispute.

11:02 am Police investigate a harassment complaint.


Monday, December 20
10:50 pm  Police respond to a motor vehicle rollover on Route 9W. No injuries.

Wednesday, December 22
8:22 am  Police issue a ticket for speeding in a school zone on Hudson Street.


Thursday, December 23
5:17 pm  Police take a report of a house on Boulevard that was egged.

11:15 pm  Police investigate a harassment complaint.


Friday, December 24
9:20 am  Police take a report of a vehicle that was vandalized, leaving a tire flat and obscenities drawn on his vehicle while parked on Hudson Street.

9:46 am  Police take a report of an inflatable Santa that was vandalized.  Caller reports "his blow-up Santa had a slice in it near the heart like someone wanted to perform heart surgery and the Santa did not survive."
