Arrests
Tuesday, November 23
Police charge Jenniene Cumberbatch, 40, of New Windsor, with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, with no insurance and without a license.
Police charge Hector Acevedo, 29, of Haverstraw, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and with operating a vehicle with no insurance and with a suspended registration.
Wednesday, November 24
Police charge an unidentified 16-year-old male student at CCHS with disorderly conduct after he allegedly engaged in threatening behavior during a disturbance at the high school.

Police charge 58-year-old Ross Fishkin, of New Windsor, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third dgree.
Police charge 48-year-old Jairo Quintana, of Lake Worth, Fl. With aggravated DWI, DWI, disobeying a stop sign and being an unlicensed driver after he was involved in a motor vehicle accident on Quaker Avenue and Route 9W. At the time of the arrest, Quintana had a 3-year-old passenger in the car, leading to the aggravated DWI charge.
Police charge 28-year-old Latisha Taylor, of Highland Falls, with driving with a suspended registration.
Police charge 33-year-old Kevin Coyle, of Monroe, with driving with a suspended registration.
Thursday, November 25
Police charge 42-year-old Terrance Pennell, of Pomona, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and with driving with a suspended registration.
Friday, November 26
Police charge Gaylin Moore, 29, of the Bronx, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.
Police charge KC Scivoletto, 18, of Cornwall, with assault in the second degree, a class D felony, after being involved in a physical fight with acquaintances.

10:08 am Police investigate a report of a GPS unit taken from a vehicle parked overnight at a residence on Roe Avenue.
3:07 pm Police issue a ticket for driving 58 mph in a 40 mph zone on Route 32.
3:15 pm Police respond to a motor vehicle accident on Main Street involving three vehicles, one of them a school bus. (see full article)

9:50 am Police recover a baggie of marijuana that was found on the floor of the girls locker room at the high school.

Thursday, November 25
1:58 am Police respond to a report of a fight among patrons at the Shamrock Tavern. The patrons are dispersed and the establishment closes for the night.
1:58 pm Police respond to a report of a domestic dispute involving an emotionally disturbed youth.
3:16 pm Police take a report from a subject who says he was badly beaten the previous night and wants to press charges.
Friday, November 26
8:35 am Police issue a ticket to a driving for speeding, 74 mph in a 55 mph zone on Route 9W.
11:54 am Police issue a ticket to a driving for speeding, 70 mph in a 45 mph zone on Route 9W.
Saturday, November 27
6:36 am Police dispatch an injured deer on Mineral Springs Road.
4:06 pm Police respond to a motor vehicle accident on Route 32 in which a driver swerved to avoid a braking car and hit a stone wall.
6:13 pm Police respond to a report of an emotionally disturbed 19-year-old patient who is transported to Arden Hill Hospital by COVAC.
Sunday, November 28

3:33 pm Police respond to a motor vehicle accident with property damage on Mineral Springs Road.
6:27 pm Police issue a ticket to a driver with a suspended license and impound his car.
