Arrests
Monday, November 15
Police charge Kathryn Fasano, 20, of New Windsor, with petit larceny.
Police charge Eryn Rotondo, 21, of New Windsor, with grand larceny in the fourth degree.
Tuesday, November 16
Police arrest Todd Montanye, 45, of Mountainville, on a bench warrant.
Police charge an unidentified 37-year-old male from New Windsor with criminal obstruction of breathing, a class A misdemeanor, assault in the third degree and harassment in the second degree after a male subject reported being struck with a piece of pipe and strangled in a domestic dispute.
Thursday, November 18
Police charge 28-year-old Ayda Velasques-Guti, of Newburgh, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and with speeding on Angola Road.
Friday, November 19
Police charge a man from Highland Falls with driving a vehicle with a suspended registration.
Police charge a woman from New Windsor with driving a vehicle with a suspended registration.
Saturday, November 20
Police charge 34-year-old Naydette Lopez, of Highland Falls, with driving a vehicle with a suspended registration and with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Police charge 48-year-old Lisa Lyman, of Ossining, with driving a vehicle with a suspended registration.

9:25 am Police investigate an incident that occurred on a class trip and advise subjects.
8:00 pm Police respond to a deer vs motor vehicle accident on Route 32.
9:31 pm Police take a report of a resident who is missing from the McQuade home.
11:26 pm Police respond to a deer vs. motor vehicle accident on Route 9W.
Tuesday, November 16
12:30 am Police respond to a deer vs. motor vehicle accident on Route 32.
3:19 pm Police respond to a motor vehicle accident in which a car went off the road at Dragon Drive.
4:57 pm Police respond to a deer vs. motor vehicle accident on Route 32.
7:44 pm Police move along some disorderly juveniles at Cornwall Plaza.
Wednesday, November 17
7:17 am Police move along a man who was blocking the driveway of a subject whom he said owed him money.
1:57 pm Police locate and advise a male subject to return to the DB Mart to pay for gas he pumped.
5:37 pm Police respond to a report of a large box truck that became stuck while turning around and is blocking the roadway on Angola Road.
Thursday, November 18
1:42 pm Police respond to a motor vehicle accident.
5:21 pm Police respond to a motor vehicle accident on Quaker Avenue.
9:05 pm Police respond to a report of a subject passed out on town property by the duck pond, COVAC transports subject to the hospital and parents are notified.
Saturday, November 20
3:11 am Police respond to a report of a vehicle that rolled out of gear and into a neighbor’s front yard.
6:20 am Police respond to a report of a burglary in progress and determine that a 15-year-old girl had been talking with a male friend who came to her bedroom window earlier that morning and was seen halfway through the window by the girl’s father.
3:52 pm Police respond to a report of a missing male who has dementia and find him walking on Route 9W.
6:00 pm Police respond to a motor vehicle accident at Route 32 and Quaker Avenue.
7:34 pm Police respond to a report of juveniles behind the Willow Avenue School and of the sound of breaking glass and find two subjects who attempt to flee and are apprehended. One of them smelled of alcohol but refused to take a breathalizer test. His mother is contacted and advised.
Sunday, November 21
11:15 am Police take a report of copper pipes, an antique gas stove and old refrigerator taken from an empty house on Route 94.
5:22 pm Police respond to a motor vehicle accident on Route 9W.
