Wednesday, November 17
Police charge 35-year-old Stephen Prokosch, of Newburgh, with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Friday, November 19
Police charge 45-year-old Joseph Rifenburgh, of Cornwall, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree and with an equipment violation.
Saturday, November 20
Police charge 37-year-old Nancy Greenhill, of Cornwall, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree and with speeding.
