Arrests
Monday, November 1
Police charge 37-year-old Jeffrey Lewis of New Windsor with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, criminal possession of a controlled substance (oxycodone) in the seventh degree, operating a vehicle with expired insurance and a suspended registration, and with having an obstructed view.
Police charge 52-year-old Daniel Burgoyne with operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.
Tuesday, November 2
Police charge 45-year-old Joel DeJesus of Ridgewood, NY with driving a vehicle with a suspended registration and no insurance.
Wednesday, November 3
Police charge 39-year-old Darren Williams of Beacon with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree after he is found to have a suspended license.
Police charge Pedro Plata, 59, of Walden, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and with using a cell phone while driving on Quaker Avenue.
Thursday, November 4
Police charge 21-year-old Jessica Purcell of Washingtonville with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, being an unlicensed driver and disobeying a stop sign at Beakes Road and Orrs Mills Road.
Police charge 50-year-old Susan Walsh of New Windsor with driving with a suspended registration and with no insurance.
Saturday, November 6
Police charge 44-year-old Dean Purdy of Monroe with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after he was involved in a motor vehicle accident on Route 94.
Sunday, November 7
Police charge 23-year-old Justin Montanaro of Hastings on Hudson with making unreasonable noise outside the Shamrock Tavern.

6:18 pm Police check on the welfare of a minor who was afraid to go home.
